A Few Reasons...

...it takes longer than usual to train a puppy with children "helping":

But despite the "help", Rocket is doing very well.  We can't wait for spring so we can all play outside more with him!

He knows  "come", "sit", "down", "uhh uhh (no)", "out", and "okay!".  He will down/stay for about 15 minutes without distractions, and about 2 seconds with distractions.  (We're working on that one.)  He very rarely nips now, thanks to the handy blue spray bottle which worked handsomely.  He catches sight of that thing out of the corner of his eye and is suddenly on his best behavior.

I'm really pleased with the trainability of the "mut".  The truth be told, he minds better than Averie.

At least they give the food to the puppy, Braylee just eats it herself. Glad the training is going so well.

He is such a cute puppy! And you can tell in these video that he really isn't very big-hopefully he won't get too much bigger. He looks like the perfect size. Mason and Ellorie seem to be really good with him and the training. So cute how Averie loves to feed him.
